*Business Systems Analyst* * * *TRENTON, NJ * * * *LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE PRIORITIZED** * * * *A minimum of five (5) years experience in the following: * * * *Experience with Mercury Quality Center or Mercury Test Director * *Experience with the design of application screens or web pages * *Experience with the use of HTML or XML, and Web Authoring software * *Experience with Microsoft Visio or equivalent software * * * *Analysis of business processes and procedures. Documentation of stakeholder needs. * *Development of application requirements, documentation of requirements, and review * *of requirements with technical, business practice, and end user representatives * *Preparation of software testing documentation (including test scripts and test plans), * *testing of software (including organizing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing * * (UAT)), management of software defect reporting, coordination with ITO regarding * *Preparation of user manuals and other training media * *Training of end users (including writing user manuals and other training materials, * *developing lesson plans, and teaching software applications) * *On site support of end users during project implementation * *Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and * *members of various departments. * *Ability to work independently and as a member of a team * *Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English * *Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer*
