Extensive technical knowledge in a highly specialized area of applications systems analysis including Health Information Technology and Electronic Health Records (EHR). 4. Ability to consult with senior level decision-makers, on an on-going basis, to develop long-range and or short-range strategic alternatives. 5. Ability to solve problems of high complexity and serve as a key resource to others. 6. State/Federal government experience. 7. Ability to facilitate health and clinical research. 8.
