Description
BI - Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Business Technical Analyst in a 6 month
contract capacity to work onsite in our global Business Intelligence team.
Responsibilities:
. The BTA will be working as a part of the Global Datawarehouse
group, and will be working on 3-4 projects simultaneously and therefore must
possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
. Needs to understand technology BUT also be able to communicate in
lay terms with nontechnical people.
Meeting with users and groups to discuss their needs and requirements. Must
be technical so that if a request does not match capabilities they can
explain that to the person (group). They will then take their notes from the
discussions and put them in to a requirements document.
Experience Required:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to talk with end users including higher ups both technical and
functional
Experience in a global data warehousing environment.
Experience with DW/BI tools including Teradata, MicroStrategy, Datastage and
SQL.
