Oranised and methodical approach coupled with an understanding of project methodologies ¡ Broad knowledge of banking products ¡ Broad knowledge of technical processes – must have interfaced with technology groups and IT implementations ¡ Numerate, able to work with spreadsheets and perform financial analysis ¡ Good communication skills – ability to bridge the gap across various disciplinary areas (Ops; Line; IT). ¡ Familiarity with MS Project and Project Planning & Control Solid knowledge of IT: managing IT-oriented projects, users requirements / testing.
