*Description:*



·        Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging
and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more
user areas.

·        May include hands-on new development as well as support,
maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.

·        Works closely with client management to identify and specify
complex business requirements and processes.

·        Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes
recommendations.



*Technical Qualifications:

*

·        Strong data & application integration-related technical analytic
skills:

·        Advanced skills in relational database concepts and SQL based
information extraction

·        Good understanding of ETL & EAI-dependant technologies, including:
Java, MS Windows, UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server, AS400/DB2, JDBC, Unix shell
scripts, and enterprise network and messaging systems


*Functional Qualifications:*



·        Minimum 5 years experience serving architect and administrator for
a global ETL platform deployment (IBM DataStage v8.x preferred), to include:
project set-up, security, software installations, configuration updates and
troubleshooting environment.

·        Hands-on experience analyzing ETL environments for capacity and
performance related issues, and taking steps necessary to resolve

·        Minimum 2 years ETL development team/project experience

·        Minimum 1 years EAI development team/project experience

·        Broad / full life cycle application development experience

·        Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering and
Designing Integration Frameworks


*General Qualifications:*



·        4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Engineering or equivalent Preferred

·        Ability to coordinate and aggressively follow up on incidents and
problems, perform diagnoses, and provide resolution to minimize service
interruption

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Effective organizational skills

·        Strong team player

·        Conscientious, hard working and self-reliant individual
