*upgrading from Siebel Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) from version
7 to 8.*

*They are in the process of planning and gathering requirements from the
Clinical operations team.  *

*They are down one Business Analyst that was pulled away by the business
group and need to hire someone asap due to workload. *

*Currently the Siebel/Cascade system is 20% vanilla and they would like to
de-customize and bring it up to 60% vanilla.  *

*This Business Analyst will be working with the Clinical Manager and a team
of BA's to assist in gathering requirements from the business users
(Clinical operations) and design documents for the new system.  *

*The BA will be helping with solicitation of requirements, documenting, and
making process change recommendations. *

*The BA will also be performing gap analysis and implementing best practices
for Siebel requirements gathering using a tool called Calibur RM
(requirements management).*
