*DESCRIPTION*
Resource will be required to lead the development and implementation of the
program. Effectively manage project activities including design,
development, testing, data preparation, conversion, training and transition.
Work with the overall project team, Project Steering Committee, Commercial
Risk & Compliance group, and vendor to establish outcomes and drive results.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 5+ years experience in project management with focus in driving project
team through development, testing, conversion, and rollout activities.
Experience with timelines, budgets, allocating resources (financial and
technical).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management experience in the Energy trading space
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Trade monitoring / compliance process knowledge.
- Strong Organization Change Management skills.
- Experience working on enterprise class data warehouse/reporting project.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience working with projects that involved data mining tools (i.e.
Polyvista).
- Conceptual understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and other SQL database.
