Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must provide writing samples such as Email paragraphs to something more formal. *Preferred Education*: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study *Role Description*: - Actively contribute as an expert or actual designer. - Develop project implementation plan and ensure project is on time and budget. - Create technical documentation to be used by staff for subsequent high availability installations. Ensure any anomolies in installation are clearly noted. Mentor internal staff. - Effectively lead QA tests and create test scripts to ensure the environment is functional. - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the - Installation Team.
