Sr. Cobol Developer Location – Chevy Chase, MD Duration – 6 months Job Requirements: Technical background includes: mainframe experience including VERY STRONG COBOL (true technical knowledge, not maintenance level knowledge), COBOL table handling, web client server with knowledge of architectural tradeoffs and experience creating systems from scratch. More specifically, the right person will have significant requirements gathering & analysis experience to be able to not only interview and understand the business requirements and CBAs but also make recommendations as to how this effort should be handled technically (transport layer, database, web presentation, etc.) given the practical tradeoffs.
