MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCAL TO MD,DC,VA AREA - NO EXCEPTION Role: Planning: Review project with client to get direction and clarification of requirements. Time Line: Provide a timeline for completing the redesign phases within six months. Requirement Analysis: Review current website specifications; gather requirements from the various divisions, commissions, and stakeholders. Coordinate: Coordinate with client in planning and developing the approved redesign of website requirements and design for an award winning ease of navigation solution. Design: Create a complete flow and design document emphasizing ease of website use. Design documentation will incorporate necessary branding requirements and functional requirements to include: Develop and Complete Documentation that can be used to develop the redesigned website: Requirements documentation (detailing the current and redesigned understanding document) Design documentation Logic documentation Other: Apply leading Internet/Intranet architecture processes. Provide suitable website design for subsequent development by a Senior Internet Site Developer resource. Skills Requried: (MUST) Designing html-based websites Internet Information Server (IIS) SQL Server 2005+ Graphics, with 2+ years advanced experience ASP.Net Must be MCP Certified in ASP.Net.
