Role: BI Analyst that can capture business requirements for analytics and at the same time, who can design/build the appropriate analytics solution (just the end user information delivery portion). Business Intelligence Analyst is an expert in one or more BI tools, captures analytical and reporting requirements, performs source data analysis, develops the semantic layer and metadata, and creates reports, dashboards and OLAP solutions. Creates and delivers IT and end-user training and provides second-line support to power users who develop reports on behalf of their departmental colleagues. Duties: 1-3 years experience with Microsoft BI Solutions (Reporting Services, Excel Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server(MOSS) and/or Performance Point Server). 2-3 years experience with Data Warehousing environments / corresponding concepts 1-3 years experience using data structures such as highly normalized data models, Star Schemas and Snowflake Schemas 1-3 years experience in building Dashboards and integration with Portals like WebSpace and MOSS Warm Regards, Brian Brooks [email protected]
