Location isMinneapolis,MN RATE: OPEN *REQUIREMENTS:* * * *Experience:* · Eight years progressively responsible technology experience. *Education:* · Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. *Other Qualifications:* · Proven experience in project management of PeopleSoft implementations (ideally for Time and Labor and Direct Connect modules · Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills · Proven leadership experience · Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills to understand and anticipate the impact and opportunities across multiple projects · Strong organizational skills · Well defined knowledge of Project Management methodologies · Strong customer service orientation · Ability to manage complex IT solution provider contracts and relationships · Understand financial impacts to budgets · Ability to effectively multitask · Ability to scope complex projects and effectively estimate effort and costs * * *Job Duties:* · Perform project feasibility studies. · Ensure all processes and procedures are documented in accordance with the standards of documentation. · Create and maintain project plans by partnering with clients and technical team to define project direction. · Project planning including leading efforts to define project direction, to scope and estimate project cost and effort.** · Develop and update time estimates for project schedules by partnering with business and technical resources to define and assign tasks. · Communicate project direction and scope.
