** *I have this position if you interested please send resume at [email protected] * * * *BUSINESS PROEJCT MANAGER - Student Loans exp. * *or lending experience* *Rate : * *open - the rates are not very high, please quote your lowest best rate.* *Location : * *Concord** / Sacramento**, CA LOCATION** Duration : 6-12 months* As part of OSM*s Web Channel Management delivery team, you will manage credit and loan product (e.g. Student Loans, Home Mortgage, Home equity, credit card, etc*) projects on the public site (WWW)and application platforms and deliver commitments on time, on budget and within agreed upon scope. Manage all aspects of you assigned projects/tasks including development and management of the following: requirements, risk plan, schedule, budget, available resources, quality and post production monitoring. Regularly communicate project status through reports, weekly status meetings and steering committee meetings as needed. Communicate significant risks and issues early, with corresponding mitigation strategies to minimize impact to stakeholders. Work with business partners to execute revenue generating initiatives, while balancing associated risk within our technical development environments. *Duties:* * Manage day to day project activities for all assigned projects on the web (WWW) and/or Online Sales Platform (Apps2k/OSMP) including (but not limited to) issue resolution, escalation, negotiations, budget analysis, requirement analysis, team building, etc... * Follow project management best practices to not only ensure a quality product is delivered, but also to cultivate a proactive and focused project team and to build strong relationships within the team and with external partners * Proactively identify and remove roadblocks that slow the team*s progress against the schedule and overall objectives * Create and maintain all required project deliverables, e.g. PDD, project plan, SRS, risk plan, issues list, communication plan, change control requests, post launch monitoring plans, etc* * Maintain project wiki site(s), Clarity, share folders, etc* to ensure all stakeholders will be able to reference project information that is accurate and up-to-date *Manage project issues/ambiguities to resolution by facilitating communication among appropriate stakeholders which may include internal and external business and technology development and support teams * Work with internal and external business and technology teams (Release services, Production Deployment, middleware and SOR servicing teams, etc..) in order to assess project impact to a specific release and/or a back-end system(s), and vice versa. * May be required to validate projects in production deployments which occur outside of standard business hours. *Minimum Qualifications* * BA/BS, 7-10 years experience managing technical projects related to e-business; software development * PMP * Experience with RUP software development life-cycle methodology * Proven ability to conduct analysis on an e-business platform with multiple SORs * Proven ability to lead project teams and build strong relationships with team members across multiple business groups * Proven ability to successfully manage several projects varying in complexity and project phase at a given time * Customer oriented approach and proven record of delivering solutions * Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and make sense out of ambiguity * Strong problem solving & negotiation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills * Ability to efficiently manage last minute requests and production defects * Knowledge of online infrastructure and functionality Preferred Skills * Existing knowledge of Wells Fargo Bank*s Products and Services * Experience working with Sales, Marketing and Product Management partners in the Banking or Financial Services industries * Experience with content management software (Documentum), XMetaL and creation of site maps *PLEASE SEND THE FOLLOWING SKILL MATRIX FILLED WITH NO.
