*Please reply me his updated resume and the details.* *Consultant Details:* Name : Years of exp : Ph No : Email : Location : Relocation : Availability : Visa status : Rate : *REQUIREMENT:* *Position: Business Analyst* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Location: SC* SC Medicaid seeks expert in Business Analysis to serve as primary analyst to define business requirements and business process and policy changes related to the South Carolina Medicaid conversion from the existing ICD9 formats to the future ICD10 format, which is required by CMS on October 1, 2013. *Individual must possess the following:* • Business Analysis experience in a health care delivery system • Knowledge of Medicaid is preferable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively work and communicate, in both oral and written, with all levels of the Agency from frontline workers to Executive Staff as well as the Contractor(s) • Independent and deadline-oriented, with ability to translate broad and complex concepts to diverse audiences. *Scope of Work:* • Gain understanding of SC Medicaid policy and billing requirements and document needed changes to policy and billing manuals related to ICD10, through facilitation with internal SCDHHS program areas. • Analyze and document Medicaid reimbursement issues related to implementation of ICD10 and ensure these issues are documented and addressed in the approach to ICD10 • Analyze and document ICD10 requirements related to data elements, data exchange and data transmission to SCDHHS stakeholders • Incorporate a vendor management plan in strategic planning to include a vendor impact analysis to document how each vendor is affected by ICD10 and create approach to address these vendor issues • Document business needs for ICD10 resulting from the HIPAA 5010 gap analysis • The final solution for SC Medicaid may include the use of an ICD9 to ICD10 crosswalk. This analyst will coordinate the development of the crosswalk solution. • Information gathering during requirements activities must be translated into a comprehensive requirements document to be used by Clemson University to develop the system approach to ICD10 • Determine needed ICD10 training for both internal staff and Medicaid provider groups, and assist in the development of training materials • Other related duties as assigned • Primary business analyst for the migration of South Carolina Medicaid from ICD9 to ICD10 The acceptance and processing of ICD10 codes is required on and after October 1, 2013. Lead the requirements management effort related to the ICD10 project. These tasks include, but are not limited to the following: Gain understanding of SC Medicaid policy and billing requirements and document needed changes to policy and billing manuals related to ICD10, through facilitation with internal SCDHHS program areas.
