Duration : 6 months +
Required Technical Skill Set:
· HW/SW Standards and Infrastructure decisions for database-based solutions
· Requirements analysis, Capacity Planning and Sizing
· Defining consolidation deployment methodologies and cost-effective solutions for DB2 LUW
· Backup/Restoration Strategies and Standards
· Advanced Performance tuning
· Advanced Troubleshooting and Problem Determination
· SOE/TSR standards definition
· Design and develop standard software infrastructure patterns
· Assist in supporting application teams in creating or consulting on (TSR) compliant solutions to accessing the databases.
· Provide assistance in developing, promoting and supporting data management concepts and processes for Data Security
· Excellent shell scripting skills
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem determination skills
· Advance Performance and SQL Tuning skills
· Knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS and storage subsystems
