*Position: SAP CRM Architect*

*Location: San Diego, CA*

*Duration: 6 months*

*Role Overview:*

   - Responsible for overall strategic *SAP CRM core* components
   architecture focusing on functional design.
   - Participate in the development and maintenance of *SAP CRM Architecture
   * Strategy including roadmaps, implementation patterns and associated
   communication materials, including: Presentation, Business logic,
   Information Access, Process Automation, System Resiliency, Systems
   Integration, Application Security, Environment Configuration, and Management
   Strategies.
   - Keep abreast of emerging design and implementation tools and
   technologies and facilitate training and mentoring on these topics.
   - Provide leadership for business process and solution definition *SAP
   ECC CRM* and related modules.
   - Participate in blueprint and design sessions while communicating the
   benefits, risks, and constraints to the business and Information Technology
   stakeholders, and support the implementations by reviewing deliverables and
   helping to ensure that projects adhere to design specifications.

*Required Skills and Experience:*

   - SAP CRM Solution Architecture, with progression from either a
   functional CRM or technical CRM background.
   - Ten years of experience in SAP CRM functional design roles with
   experience with at least 7 full lifecycle SAP enterprise (ECC or CRM)
   implementations.
   - Leader with strong experience architecting and delivering complex SAP
   CRM enterprise solutions for global organizations.
   - Experience with *SAP ECC 6.0, CRM 2005/2007/7.0, NW 2004s* or *7.1, SRM
   *, and *BW 7.0/PI/Portal/MDM* and a subject matter expert on SAP
   landscapes, related architecture and interoperability with SAP products.
   - Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques including OO,
   top-down, structured analysis, and component-based design.
   - Solutions-driven approach to architecture design.
   - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various
   levels in a global organization.
   - Experience / exposure to the Global (on-site / off-shore) delivery
   model.
   - Creation and implementation of CRM upgrade/migration strategies.

*Preferred Skills and Experience:*

   - Utilities Experience (In California a big bonus).
   - Creation and implementation of CRM upgrade/migration strategies
   (specifically 5.0 to 7.0).
