S/He will need to define project scope, develop project plans and project budgets, direct activities including reviews, risk management, change control processes, and communications by following Visa PMM. Education/Experience • Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. Advanced degree in business administration preferred. • 8-10 years IT application development and project management experience required Responsibility level • Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods (Typically required) Skills • Proven track record in delivering large scale, complex ETL, data mart/warehouse, and multi-tier web enabled solutions. • Working knowledge of full software/system development life cycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation production support, including quality assurance and system integration. • Strong process orientation with a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices. • Fluent in project management techniques, tools and processes and solid understanding of project financial controls. • Good communication and business writing skills.
