Position : QA Tester (Tandem/Mainframe) Location : Tampa, FL Duration : 12+ Months *
Rate: $24/hr CTC (I know this is low but this is the MAX) * * Must have all the below: 4+ Years of Mercury Quality Center Experience Must have 2+ years working in a Tandem testing environment Must have 3+ years working in a Mainframe testing environment. Familiar with IBM Large Scale technologies such as CICS, DB2, MQ Series Financial/ banking experience is required. * ** Discription: As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will perform end to end system tests. Develop test scripts based upon business requirements and processes, in line with defined workflows. Execution of scripts will include progress reporting, defect tracking and risk assessments. Test functionality delivered across applications and workflows. Develops & implements procedures for maintaining and or enhancing the integrity of systems applications. Ensures the existence of development and service standards. Ensures that requirements are clearly defined and testable. Responsible for the creation and execution of detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements.
