Expert in implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions such as Log shipping, data replication. Minimum of 5 years experience working as MS SQL Server DBA supporting mission critical applications. Experience in SQL2008 is a big plus. Experience with HP Polyserve and VM virtualization technologies is a big plus. Experienced with DB performance monitoring, DB recovery, and DB change management.
