Manage the approach to achieve process development, oversee/facilitate the process development process as needed and ensure impacts of proposed solutions are uncovered. Manage risk and complexity, identify/raise risks and issues early and work with project management to mitigate risk and complexity across work streams. Provide regular status updates to project management and key business stakeholders, manage the BA team supporting the work stream. Ensure business decision makers have the strategic context and understand decision impacts (people, process, technology) (e.g. outline options, impacts in a clearly understandable way prior to decision making). Oversee the business re-engineering processes across field supervision, compliance and suitability. Provide vision and framework to create a change management plan for the Field Supervision desktop work stream; serve as a consultant for the business in developing change management concepts. Provide business consulting expertise to the business to drive to a creation of role development and description that fit their strategic goals. Lead creation of a business roadmap of their needs and desktop development (this is not a technical/technology or program roadmap). Ensure the Field Supervision desktop roadmap aligns to the business strategy, GCO business capability roadmap and the program roadmap. Partner with architecture throughout vision and roadmap development to work toward a solution recommendation. * * *Required skills:* Business Leadership.
