Must have at least 8 years of experience managing formalized IT projects or in a technical role facilitating or leading aspects of IT projects.** 3.) Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute 4.) Must be able to demonstrate ability to help guide and lead the work of others. 5.) The proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures. 6.) Must be able to demonstrate expertise in creating Work Break Down Structures, Risk Management techniques, Gantt Charts, Pert Charts,* *Cost Estimating, and other concepts associated with project management methodologies.** 7.) Extensive technology knowledge required. 8.) The ability to implement department goals that align with current and future Company objectives and initiatives, and provide recommendations into strategic direction setting. 9.) Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with others internal and external to the Company, which includes senior and middle management levels. 10.) Exceptional presentation skills with proven experience delivering formal presentations to various levels of management. 11.) Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for highly complex and/or unique issues. 12.) Exceptional organization skills with the ability to drive departmental project objectives through to completion, and motivate others accordingly. * *13.) "Big Four” consulting experience strongly preferred.** 14.) Experience in managing agile-based projects a plus, but not necessary. 15.) Knowledge of ITIL a plus, but not necessary. 16.)
