Role : Oracle/Teradata DBA Location : Rochester, NY Length : 6 months Start : ASAP Interview : phone Rate: Monthly - all inclusive Skills Required: · Teradata DBA / Oracle DBA · Coordinate with onshore/offshore dba's · Monitor daily loads into ods and datawarehouse · Write shell scripts. · Use Teradata load utilities (MLoad, Fast Load, TPump etc) · Be able to write SQL and PL/SQL procedures. · Migrate objects and data between development, qa and production environments for both Oracle and Teradata databases. · Performance tune databases both Oracle and Teradata. · Understanding of backup and recovery for Oracle and Teradata databases. · Experience with Unix and Linux environments Have a nice day......
