Ability to research Functional specs, previous scripts to develop scripts for review and verification by the Functional team members. Ability to understand the intent of the testing by creating scripts or use/modify scripts previously created quickly and completely Ability to test scripts and thoroughly document that results in Test Lab. Ability to create Defects for all errors found while testing and quickly following up with the assigned to team to insure defects get resolved quickly. Working knowledge of SAP so they can log in and complete the Test Lab reconciliations when needed. Ability to take on tasks with minimal work direction. Self starter - proactively work with teams in identifying and completing assigned tasks. Good verbal communication skills. Assignment will require working very closely with the Functional team members. Ability to identify and report potential problems and if asked, the ability to do further analysis, fact finding and purpose solutions or alternatives. Ability to manage their time maximizing theirs and others time available. Ability to be available whenever there are pressing issues or things that need to get resolved quickly. Ability to work well with others, groups and individuals to insure tasks get done on time. * * *Nice to have: * SAP CRM knowledge. Ability to conduct meetings/ conference calls. Ability to look at the overall scope/ tasks at hand and help identify/ reduce risk and able to point out potential problems. Ability to help step in and insure tasks are getting completed when the lead is being pulled into other tasks. Ability to look at the assigned tasks and complete within tight time constraints, looking and recommending ways to improve or reduce timeframes.
