Appreciate your immediate help with suitable resources. Thanks. Job Description: . Provide operational support of the NetApps environments including on-call responsibilities. . Position requires knowledge of the NetApps SAN and CIFS/NFS product set including all of the following tasks: provisioning, upgrades, patching, growing volumes and working knowledge of WinTel and Unix platforms. . Must be able to troubleshoot Level 3 problems, zoning, NetApp capacity adjustment, CIFs, and provisioning and deprovisioning SAN allocations. Off hours and weekend work will be required. . Additional vendor products EMC, or Hitachi, or 3PAR experience is required. . NetAPPs Certification preferred.
