Location : Raleigh, NC Duration : 1 yr Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:Required: • Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience with project management as the project manager with full accountability and financial responsibility • Minimum (5) five years of IT experience in one or more technical roles • Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, management, end users and project team members • Ability to interact effectively with technical personnel and with a wide variety of technical resources • Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users • Excellent written and oral communications • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation actions • Knowledge of the related IT standards and software (i.e., Microsoft office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project management tools) * Preferred: *• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate • Experience preparing Request for Proposals (RFP’s) • Experience with other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects or products, managing the implementation of client server/web applications Regards, Sreevalli UBT
