Description: 1) *Sr. SQL Server Developer* Atleast 10+ yrs of over all IT A thorough understanding of Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 and Windows Server in a cluster configuration. * A strong understanding of MS SQL 2005/2008 security, performance monitoring and optimization techniques, indexes, constraints, transactions, file groups, stored procedures, full text searching, triggers, cursors, locking, and queue tuning. * The ability to plan, test, and implement the safe modification of a production database environment during software upgrade cycles. * A strong understanding of SQL backup and disaster recovery techniques. * Strong understanding of storage technologies including RAID, SAN's, etc. * Strong understanding of database replication. * SQL Server Reporting Services experience (highly desirable) * Able to organize, prioritize, and manage personal workload and projects with minimal supervision. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interface with customers and users. 2) *Sr.Java/J2ee Developer with 5 years financial/wall street exp.* 10+ years experience including extensive experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services. May also assume some architecture duties, including the development and maintenance of business and system architectures. Involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle. May conduct complex technology and system assessments. Supports and advises internal clients and technical management. Must have good written and oral communication skills. 3) *Sr.Microstrategy Developer* Very Strong in Microstrategy and experience of Microstrategy 9. - Build Microstrategy Reports and dashboards according to the specifications. - Design Widgets for Microstrategy using Adobe Flex. - Good understanding of microstrategy integration into custom portal. Wall Street or Financial Experience is Big Plus.
