* 4+ years of development experience on Struts MVC Framework
* 5+ years of EJB development experience
* Solid experience applying J2EE Design Patterns
* 2+ years of Hibernate or JPA experience
* 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL
* 2+ years XML Web Services Experience
* Bachelors degree in computers
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be analytically strong and a quick learner
