NJ *JOB DESCRIPTION*: *Key responsibilities may include*: Review and Design PIA architecture for better performance and load Review Oracle recommended PIA models and use Create application design documents Developing, tuning and testing the PIA architecture Environment setup and Versions: Database: Oracle 10g UNIX OS: HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64 Web Logic: WebLogic 8.1 SP6 Tuxedo: Tuxedo 8.1 64-bit PeopleTools 8.48, 8.49 PeopleSoft CRM 8.8 *Basic Qualifications:* Experience with all the above versions Minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a PeopleSoft administrator, architect or other PeopleSoft expert. Minimum of 4 years work experience with PeopleSoft application hardware and software design and implementation, including third party software implications Minimum of 2 years experience in an advisory role providing recommendations to customers on optimal PeopleSoft hardware architecture configurations and sizing Strong Oracle 10G DBA skills. SQL Tuning skills are mandatory. Basic system administrator (Unix) skills *Preferred Skills:* Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other technical staff on the project . Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams to design and deploy the application. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
