Title : Test Engineer (with Mechanical Testing experience)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 6 months+
Job Description:
1. Responsible for interconnect reliability assessment for
semiconductor component qualification.
2. Capable to operating mechanical test machines (shock test and bend
test) for Pb-free solder joint reliability test vehicles.
3. Mechanical engineering background with hands-on experiences on
Mechanical tests such as bend and shock, and knowledge on mechanical
engineering is required.
4. Update and organize test results and interconnect reliability
assessment information in web pages and online tools.
5. Interface directly with contract manufacturers and component
suppliers to process component qualification for interconnect reliability.
