We will prefer local candidates as there might be in-person interview needed after initial phone interview. Position is in Palo Alto, California. This is an immediate opening, so please submit your profile at the earliest. *Responsibilities:*** Triage, troubleshoot and respond to incidents and outages impacting services supported by the SOC. Primarily accountable for being hands on the keyboard to restore the service as quickly as possible within the SLAs outlined. Maintain and improve on a “First Touch Resolution” goal of 95% Manage incidents and outages in accordance with the incident and crisis management processes. Follow appropriate escalation paths for incidents that are not manageable by the team. · Track and manage changes that are requested and in-progress that are related to services supported by SOC.
