Title : Business Analyst Location : Hoffman Estates, IL Duration : 4 Months Rate $37 no higher Local candidates. Project Overview: This phase of the project is to work with our retail service organizations to develop business requirements for a new commission system. The new commission system will be used to enable more targeted commission strategies, better administration tools for improved accuracy and analytic tools to better scrutinize results and to perform what-if, forecasting and modeling tasks. The deliverables for this project are to have well documented and approved business requirements that will be used to either select a new software package or internally develop a new application. The project team will be doing analysis on 3rd party software packages in order to determine whether a purchased application will fit their business requirements. Required Skills/ Experience: * Must have very good oral and written communication skills * Must be able to facilitate meetings and drive business requirements compilation * Must be able to create comprehensive business requirement documents * Must have strong analytical skills and have experience in gathering business requirements * Must have had experience following a standard Systems Development Life Cycle * Ability to perform fit/gap analysis between requirements and 3rd party software package Desired, but not required Skills/ Experience: * Experience with documenting and conducting a RFP (Request for Proposal) with 3rd party vendors * Experience with commission or compensations applications would be a plus Daily Responsibilities: * Schedule business requirement meetings * Facilitate business requirement meetings * Document business requirements * Document issues or key decisions * Escalation of issues or risks * Meet with project team to discuss status and next steps Thanks and Regards Sri Ph: 248-522-6862 Fax: 248-538-8435 <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] <http://www.compusoft-is.com/> Compusoft Integrated Solutions, Inc.
