*Job Description:* The candidate will have an opportunity to participate in
an exciting PHP development in an emerging technology group and help to
bring powerful IP-based video surveillance products to market.
We are looking for self motivated individuals with outstanding
problem-solving skills and solid PHP development experience.
*Job responsibilities:*
- Build an intuitive, web-based interface to manage and control video
surveillance resources.
-Enhancing our industry leading IP-based video surveillance product
-Supporting and enhancing a feature or software component from the database
layer to the GUI layer
-Soliciting and providing design reviews and code reviews
-Providing TOI (Transfer of Knowledge) sessions to coworkers, including
Quality Assurance and Documentation
*Required Skills:*
-Experience in complex PHP application development using standard design
frameworks.
-Experience in PHP, HTML/CSS, Javascript, and MySQL is mandatory.
-Knowledge of Linux and user interface design is highly desirable.
-Languages: PHP, Javascript, HTML/CSS
-Technologies: MySQL
-Software/Tools: Eclipse, Subversion
-Operating System: SUSE Linux
-Protocols: HTTP(S)
*Education:* Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 4+ years of related
experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 5+ yrs related experience.
