*CLIENT:* Deloitte Consulting (end client is a CA State Dept.) *LOCATION:* Rancho Cordova, CA *DURATION:* 24+ months (extensions probable) ** *JOB REQUIREM\NTS:* Experience Working as a Software Architect on at least two (2) large scale .Net based SOA applications with more than 2000 users This is the most important part of the required skills: · Need a candidate that has experience designing .Net based SOA architectures. Strong knowledge of SOA design principles, web services, ORM methodologies, XML/XSL and SOAP. Experience designing enterprise frameworks for custom .Net solutions · Ability to effectively articulate and explain technical architecture and solutions - very strong communication skills required · Should have led technical architecture and design sessions with clients, experience with facilitating meetings, negotiating contentious technical architecture scope items.
