There are a set of tools that will be used for this project. However, core expertise has to be development using dot net tech stack like Aspx, C# etc. The candidate has to be hands on in this environment. Interviews are planned for later next week. Other good to have tools will be either Crystal Reports or Actuate. They have both SQL Server and Oracle in their environment. But database skills are secondary here.. primary skills should be DOT NET. The candidate should have strong development expertise in banking sector.
