·        PM w/some banking (payments would be nice) that can manage a span
of control of 10 people.

·        Somewhat technical but deep technical knowledge not needed for this
position.

·        Do prefer experience with custom application development projects
(like java, .net, etc.) and onsite/offshore model.

·        very detailed and disciplined, relentless at follow up, a high
sense of ownership.

·        On this project, anyone in a leadership position must be aggressive
and ensure the people whose efforts they are leading are managed at a
detailed level.
