Job Title : *Senior Altiris Analyst * Location : *Los Angeles, California* Project Duration : *3 Month(s)* Est Start Date : *immediate* Cost : *$Depend Upon Experience.* *Please send your Resume **to **[email protected]*<[email protected]> * * *Skill Set: * § The Senior Altiris Analyst will act as the Altiris Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Services. § Responsibilities will further include management of multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities. § Deliverables vary from new technology recommendations; to process/workflow documentation and management; to deploying desktop IT solutions. § The Analyst is expected to collaborate with peers and resources in other departments to complete Altiris-related requests and projects. § This is a high level position with significant operational responsibilities and will require a detail-oriented individual able to follow complex technical instructions. *Please send your Resume **to **[email protected]*<[email protected]> * * *REQUIREMENTS:. * § Intermediate level understanding of Altiris Technologies including: § Service Desk / Help Desk § Asset Management § Workflow § Altiris Reporting Wizard (SQL-based). § Intermediate knowledge of Altiris AMS/CMS. § Ability to manage complex Clients Altiris governance and deployment processes. § Strong Computer Engineering Experience, including: § Excellent PC/Mac troubleshooting skills. § Experience building MSI installation packages from scratch using tools such as Wise. § Experience with imaging technologies including building and deployment. § Self starter able to complete tasks with minimal instruction and supervision. § Ability to communicate complex technical ideas verbally and in written form. § Ability to balance the management of multiple IT projects and support duties. § A polished professional who can maintain/develop relationships with customers. § Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft client computing technologies including (Office, Outlook, Visio, Project, Windows XP/2000). § Functional understanding of networking and server technologies (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN, VPN, Switches/Routers, Microsoft BackOffice, and Windows Server). *Please send your Resume **to **[email protected]*<[email protected]> * * *EDUCATION : * * * *QUALIFICATIONS.. * § ACE (Altiris) certification/experience is highly preferred. § 5+ years PC computer support experience preferred. § MCP, MCSE, CCNA, and A+ certifications are a plus. § OEM hardware certifications are a plus. § Macintosh and Linux/Unix proficiency is a plus. *Please send your Resume **to **[email protected]*<[email protected]> Regards *PRASAD.
