Seeking technical candidates with Websphere Commerce Suite or Websphere Portal experience, including development of WCS stores, commands, EJB Architecture and portal integration. 2. Participates in design and delivery of enterprise-class, e-commerce applications and business processes. 3. Must have good problem solving skills, an understanding of e-commerce concepts, J2EE design and methodology for high-volume, extensible websites, experience with integration strategies and migration of existing complex business requirements into new frameworks. *Few Additional Responsibilities for Team Lead:* Ø Should be able to articulating the architectural vision for Client websites from Webshpere framework point of view. Ø Provide technical leadership and support for onsite team Ø Validating the architecture/proposed solution against business requirements and assumptions whether out-of-the box or customization needed to meet business requirements. Ø Experience on migrating .Net apps to Websphere platform – nice to have.
