Extensive hands-on experience within the IT industry administering WebLogic Application servers in a production environment. (exceptional WebSphere expertise will be considered) 2. Excellent communication skills: delivering precise accurate information. Adapting language style to a wide range of audiences. Remain calm under pressure. 3. Moderate Experience developing J2EE applications. (ie: having build a Java application using JDBC, JMS, JNDI, configuring an NSAPI WebLogic plugin…) 4.
