cross-platform compatibility (code needs to work on firefox, safari, IE6+,
etc).
- ability to translate photoshop designs to css/html
- strong javascript coding (AJAX, jQuery, Mootools )
- strong PHP/Mysql coding, experience with joomla (modify current
components/modules or create new ones)
- passionate about/ on top of new technologies, new ways of coding, etc.
- basic photoshop skills (slicing, resizing, saving for web, basic
retouching)
- social media experience (facebook markeup language) a big +
- flash programming (actionscript 2& 3) a big +
- strong troubleshooting/testing capabilities
- self starter
- extreme attention to details
