********IMMEDIATE NEED *********** Role: Project Lead Duration: 3 – 6 months contract Location: Florham Park, NJ JD: *Role Description: * As a Senior Systems Analyst this person will quickly assess the project requirements and planned deliverables of the Quality Tracking Systems to help ensure the execution of existing project plans continue as scheduled. This hand-on resource will perform multiple roles in the Software Development Life Cycle of 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant solutions (i.e. design, development, unit testing, integration testing, validation and implementation, etc.) including active participatation in the development and execution of deliverables. This will include interfacing with Shared Services on the creation of key system deliverables. Candidate should have strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to understand and interpret customer requirements, develop business solutions, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. *Required Role Qualifications:* Resource must have a BS degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 7+ years of progressive experience in application development, support and administration. The Resource should possess good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, end-users and technical personnel, ability to take a hands-on approach to handle entire projects, under the direction of a project manager, from initial business specifications to completion, ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to participate in teams at all levels required. Knowledge of the following technologies is essential: TrackWise Software Suite, Crystal Reports. Must have at least 7 years experience in supporting applications in a web application server environment using technologies such as Java (JRE), Crystal Enterprise, Oracle Client, Internet Explorer, IIS, Apache, and other PC based programming languages and databases. It is essential that the Resource has prior experience with configuring and testing TrackWise implementations, including documentation and development in a regulated environment. *Other Role Qualifications*: - Must be willing to travel and to work overtime hours - Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal Business Technology team, business clients and outside vendors for software support *Deliverables:* Requirements Gathering - conduct sessions with business to assess user needs - document user needs in formal Requirements Specification System Development - install TrackWise applications - work with users to configure TrackWise enviroments - develop crystal reports as requested by users Documentation - Requirements specificiation - Configuration specification - Testing Protocols - Training materials - Traceability matrix - Data Migration plan & protocol - Execution of test protocols Thanks!!
