** pay rate 50-55 all inclusive. Location MA, Must be Certified DBA, very strong Oracle 11g and Sun OS, Sun SPARC, and Solaris 10 Environment. This is a 4 week gig. “Oracle Certified” to assist and train our SQA Engineers in the installation, configuring and possibly tuning of Oracle version 11g that will be used in conjunction with our next generation SNMP NMS Provisioning platform. The individual must be very adverse in the Sun OS, Sun SPARC, and Solaris 10 environment. The individual will work with our SQA Validation team. Good communication skills and documentation skill are required as we will expect the individual to create or assist us in creating some documentation to be used by SQA Engineers in the future in the event we need to bring up or re-install and configure new servers. The configuration of database replication for redundancy will also be a major part of this effort so the individual must be very familiar with this subject as well.
