This individual most have a strong background with UAT Test Cases. They will be handling the Business process of the test cases (from a top down perspective): *managing and creating the actual test cases*. At this time the successful candidate will be managing based on the project versus managing the individuals within the group. The Director of PMO will be overseeing the testing group.
