Requirements:
6 + years of Unix systems experience and SNMP Network Management
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of two or more:
configuration management solutions (e.g., BladeLogic, Puppet, SUN xVM Ops
Center, etc.); monitoring solutions (e.g., ProactiveNet, Nagios, Cacti,
etc.); enterprise-class NMS and Operations Management solutions (e.g. HP
VPO/ITO/OVO/OM & HP NNM, etc.) and/or a job scheduling solution.
A related Cisco, Sun, BMC or HP Certification is a big plus.
Familiarity with FCAPS as well as ITIL.
5+ years as an application owner / application management.
Knowledge of IT operations
SNMP; UNIX; shell scripting development (bash; perl)
Candidate would have the ability to lead the development of complex
monitoring and automation implementations from start to finish.
