We need 2-3 BA profiles for Immediate requirement at OSI. Location will be
Glastonbury, CT. Initial requirement will be for 6 months but depending
upon performance will move to a more long term position. Details below, even
though these are not detailed JDs, but essentially we need BAs like Kimberly
Gilland who we hired recently.
*Position 1 ( one profile)*
*MUST HAVE requirement-*
1.Should have worked as a BA for last 8-10 yrs or more.
2.Should have worked in Core Banking or Retail Banking setup as a BA for
most recent 4-5 yrs.
3.Should have sound understanding of Banking Regulations, Esp around
mortgage based securities
4.Should have excellent handle on capturing Business Requirements, Drafting
out Process Maps, Use cases etc…
*GOOD to HAVE* (pref will be given to someone with this background)
1.Relevant OpenSolution Inc. experience will be given preference. Will be
valuable if the candidate has worked on OSI projects as a BA in recent past.
2.Candidates with sound understanding of client, it’s working & related
regulations in the area of Mortgage Industry in US…will be preferable.
*Position 2 ( 1 – 2 profiles)* :
*MUST HAVE requirement*
1. Should have worked as a BA for last 8-10 yrs or more.
2. Should have worked in Core Banking or Retail Banking setup as a BA for
most recent 4-5 yrs, esp in areas of loans, deposits, taxation, compliance
etc.
3. Should have understanding of banking regulations, esp for Mexico and
Thailand Geo. Since this is a requirement for localization, hence Geo
specific local knowledge is mandatory.
4. BAs in US can also work as long as they have done similar work in past
and can do the research from US on what changes are coming out.
5. Should have excellent handle on capturing Business Requirements, Drafting
out Process Maps, Use cases etc…
*GOOD to HAVE* (pref will be given to someone with this background)
