Job description:*
* Initiative/Personality Fit
* Ability to navigate and utilize work management and supply chain
applications. Maximo preferred
* Ability to utilize Microsoft tools: ie: excel, visio, powerpoint
* Ability to track issues and provide triage from both a business and
technical point of view
* Ability to utilize, update, modify sharepoint
* Ability to track schedule adherence and provide analysis
* Ability to compile and distribute reports utilizing Microsoft tools.
* Provide support to the GASO team in the form of the following:
* Learn the Maximo and interfacing applications under direction of GASO
to aid in user problem resolution.
* Work with business clients to understand and resolved issues.
* Track UAT schedule and issues providing daily reports.
* Analyze Defects for duplication and aid in prioritization.
* Update sharepoint as required with issues, scheduling other materials.
* Distribute reports as needed to communicate status.
* Validate, create, update training materials for end-users.
Primary Location is Calvert Cliffs, Lusby MD and some travel to NY as well
as possible work from Baltimore.
