The new product catalog maps rate codes to product offers using straightforward language, effectively making the ordering process easier for call center agents and resulting in less error prone orders. The client is deploying this EPC on a market by market basis, and has engaged Accenture for help with deployment of the solution in their call centers. The market (call center) Deployment Manager will be responsible for partnering with call center management to lead the business readiness and deployment activities. * * *Required Skills / Experiences: * · Project Management, Testing (UAT ) & Defect Management, Deployment, Call Center, Communications/Cable, Very Strong Interpersonal Skills *Preferred Skills: * · Application Stabilization, · BSS, · Product Catalog / Order Management, · Executive Reporting & Communications · Prior Comcast experience is a plus. · Role will be based in assigned call center
