The role of the *Customer Feedback Analyst* would involve supporting the
various internal business group by preparing reports, conducting analysis of
feedbacks from customer and creating actionable insights. The analyst will
be a part of the feedback analytics team and will need to play the following
 roles / carry the following skill-sets:

1.       Design and prepare standard reports for internal customers

2.       Provide requirements to IT for automation of these reports

3.       Perform and service requests for Ad-hoc analysis from internal
customers on Customer Feedbacks

4.       Work closely with other analytics teams to prepare integrated
insights

5.       Skilled in statistical modeling analytics techniques and how to
apply them for solving real business problems

6.       Examples of techniques include correlation analysis, association
analysis, clustering, regression analysis, cause effect analysis, pattern
analysis, hypothesis testing, etc.

7.       Experience in SAS8.

8.     4~ 8 year experience
