  c.. 5Yrs Analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with 
the ability to envision a solution from requirements 
  d.. 5 Yrs Experience in system testing which includes the development of test 
plans, test cases and conducting testing sessions. 
  e.. 5 Yrs C# 
  f.. 5 Yrs Oracle 10g and SQL Server 2000 and 2005 
  g.. 2 Yrs Visual Studio 2008 
  h.. 2 Yrs NAnt 
  i.. 2 Yrs NUnit 
  j.. 2 Yrs Formal software development lifecycle. 
  k.. 1 Yrs NET Framework 3.0+ Windows Workflow Foundation 
  l.. Strong Must have good communication skills both orally and in writing. 
  m.. Strong Professional who works well independently or as part of a team.
Preferences: 

  a.. 1 Yrs Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect UML design tool
  b.. 1 Yrs Merant Version Manager (PVCS-derived) code repository and Merant 
Tracker issue tracking.
  c.. 1 Yrs Cognos BI
  d.. 1+ Yrs Software development experience with Agile approach, specifically 
Scrum 
  e.. 1+ Yrs Microsoft Certified Developer for .NET and C# .NET
Responsibilities:

  a.. Work as a senior .NET developer creating .NET web applications as part of 
the FSP Rewrite project working collaboratively with a development team. 
  b.. Work includes the development and creation of an object oriented design 
for a web application, participating in code reviews, writing nunit tests 
cases, working with team testers, data modeler and technical writer. 
  c.. Write complex SQL procedures for both MS SQL 2005 Server and Oracle 10g 
backend databases. 
  d.. Perform programming tasks using any of the following: C#, ASP.Net 3.5 +, 
Visual Studio 2008. 
  e.. Work with the tech lead for the inclusion of new source code into the FSP 
automated builds scripts. 
  f.. Follow and comply with TEAs processes, procedures, and guidelines for all 
development work and participate in technical reviews of all components 
developed. 
  g.. Communicate with project manager, FSP team lead, team members and 
customers about change requests and to understand their needs. 
  h.. Utilize the Agency's change management system and version management 
systems. (Merant Tracker and Version Manager). 
  i.. Document all technical work as requested. 
  j.. Keep agency supervisor and management informed on issues and the status 
of work planned and complemented by submitting weekly status reports. 
  k.. Interface as appropriate in carrying out application design and 
development responsibilities with Agency data analyst, database administrators, 
network operations, security officer and other IT peers and management.
