• Should have thorough understanding of the entire Insurance value chain
• Experience in claims & analytics area and any product experience will be
highly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshop involving senior
stakeholders
• Experience in structured requirement gather, analysis & documentation.
• Experience of Requirements capture using Use Cases
• Prior consulting experience will be a strong plus for the Senior BA role
