There are used to monitor performance of databases. The tools that we know they own are: **Wily Customer Experience Manager, Introscope, Insight, eHealth**. The company made the investment in this software but is not utilizing the tool properly. They have had failures and down time recently and it is caused a lot of pains within the different IT groups. What they need is an SME with extensive experience implementing, supporting and /or training end users on the above mentioned tools. This consultant will need to assess the current software package, determine how they are currently utilizing the tools and how they can maximize their investment.
